We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide top-notch customer service, and ensure the efficient management of our office and rental properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Greet clients in person and via phone, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Inspect rental properties as needed and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
• Collect rent payments and handle related clerical tasks.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently.
• Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve office operations.
• Coordinate property showings and manage lockboxes.
• Ensure all vacancies are advertised and leased promptly and efficiently.
• Show vacancies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
• Experience in property management (1 year preferred).
• Familiarity with Appfolio (1 year preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
