Job Summary:

Van Chevrolet/Cadillac/Subaru, a leading dealership in the Kansas City area, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tile s Specialist to join our Accounting and Finance team. As a Titles Specialist , you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all New and Used titles. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, with a competitive compensation package and room for growth within the company.

We are not looking for a "job hopper". We have extraordinary low turnover in our organization. Our accounting department is seeking a Titles Specialist due to increased growth at the store.

Previous auto experience preferred, but not required. Strong consideration for individuals that have titling experience at State DMV's, RV Dealerships, Trailer Sales, Boat/Marine industries etc.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a compensation of $17 - $20 an hours based on experience and references, paid weekly. In addition, employees will have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) options, and paid time off. Responsibilities:
- Process New and Used titles.
- Work with local and out of state DMV's
- Monitor title workflow through MADA (Missouri Automobile Dealers Association) 
- Assist in month-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Communicate with customer, dealers, auctions, banks and OEM's on a regular basis
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales Managers in the dealership 
- Have strong sense of urgency
- Other duties as assigned by the Dealership Controller.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Previous experience in the auto industry is  NOT necessary. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills and overall sense of urgency.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment with a high level of detail
