Job Description

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join our team onsite in Aurora, CO. This is a 6-12 month contract role. Must have National and State Pharmacy Tech Certifications.

Role Responsibilities - Takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers. - Transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. - Assist with the prior authorization process, data entry and filling of prescriptions. - Help with other functions as directed by the site leader.

Required Skills/Experience

• 1+ years experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
• Must hold a National and State pharmacy technician certification.
• Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
• 1+ years customer service skills in a high volume call center type environment.

Education: Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Must have National and State Certifications.

Hours: Availability Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM MST. Will be assigned an 8 hour shift.

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $20.00.. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
