We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing dispatch operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely coordination of services.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Customer Service Duties:*

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with concerns, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the company database.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

*Dispatcher Duties:*

• Coordinate and schedule services, deliveries, or appointments based on customer requests and company resources.
• Monitor and manage the daily dispatch operations to maximize efficiency and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain communication with field staff and provide them with necessary information and updates.
• Track and update schedules, vehicle locations, and service progress.
• Handle emergency situations and re-routing of services as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in dispatch or logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and relevant technology.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
