Position Overview: The Community Liaison for Dementia Support will serve as a key resource in outreach, training, crisis stabilization, and memory screening within the assigned region. This role involves providing person-centered resources, developing partnerships, and offering education and consultation to various stakeholders. The position requires extensive travel to Northern Nevada counties and you will be provided a company car.
