As an In-Office Dispatcher at Service Minds, you'll be a vital part of our team, working from our main office to coordinate between customers and service technicians. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery, directly influencing our team’s success and customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently dispatch service technicians to job sites from our office, optimizing schedules and ensuring prompt service.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and technicians to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including job details and technician hours.

• Proven experience in dispatch operations, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
• Proficiency with dispatch software such as Service Titan or similar systems.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, managing high-stress situations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and make informed decisions.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills in a collaborative team environment.
