Job Description

Strategic Resources, Inc. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical ECRC Family Readiness Coordination Services to the Navy's Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families.
Overall Contract Overview

Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) requires comprehensive services, programs, personnel and administrative support for Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) located throughout CONUS and OCONUS. The overall goal is to implement and evaluate established services and programs designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families. We are required to develop concepts, structures, processes, procedures, and practices for meeting these objectives. The purpose of this contract is twofold: one, to provide global staffing to augment existing FFSP and personnel; and two, to provide FFSP with webinar hosting, production and facilitation services through a learning management system. The primary mission of each FFSP is to assist commands in achieving operational readiness, superior performance, member retention, and a reasonable quality of life for military personnel and their families. Commands and FFSPs share the common goals of keeping individuals and families resilient and strong, preventing individual and family dysfunction, facilitating personal and family self-sufficiency, and creating overall command and community well-being.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Case Liaison to provide critical support and advocacy for military families with special needs. As an EFMP Case Liaison, you will play a key role in ensuring families receive the services they need through non-medical case management, coordination with community agencies, and participation in emergency preparedness efforts. This position requires experience working with special needs families, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping military families navigate the complexities of support systems.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The EFMP Case Liaison will work closely with military families to provide case management, support, and coordination of services for families with exceptional needs. You will establish and maintain relationships with medical and community service providers, ensuring the seamless delivery of EFMP services. Additionally, you will engage in educational outreach, develop marketing materials, and participate in emergency preparedness exercises to ensure military families are ready and supported during times of crisis. The position also involves managing and documenting case notes, ensuring compliance with Navy requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with Military Treatment Facilities (MTF), School Liaison Officers, and local school districts to ensure integrated delivery of EFMP services.
• Provide non-medical case management for assigned EFMP families and document case notes in the Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS).
• Coordinate with installation medical facilities, community service agencies, and other organizations to ensure comprehensive support for EFMP families.
• Develop and implement EFMP education and marketing strategies, including delivering command briefings, writing articles, and using multi-media communication to promote EFMP enrollment.
• Perform administrative tasks related to training, education, and outreach program plans, including collecting and analyzing data, and maintaining educational resources.
• Ensure EFMP information is included in FFSP education and awareness campaigns.
• Provide group education and one-on-one consultations, ensuring all services are documented in FFSMIS.
• Participate in emergency response exercises, public awareness campaigns, and humanitarian response initiatives.
• Execute Emergency Family Assistance Center responsibilities as directed during actual or simulated crises.
• Ensure that emergency preparedness services and consultations are accurately recorded and entered into FFSMIS.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in social science or related behavioral science field, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience providing case management or advocacy services.
• Experience working with special needs individuals or families is essential.
