Maintenance Mechanic Benefits:

• Health plan, can be covered on day-1
• Discretionary bonus-around 10%
• 401k with different levels of match up to 4%
• Closed major holidays, 12 days a year, some flexibility on which days you pick.
• 9 days off and 3 sick days, for a total of 12 days off!
• Hourly positions $32-36 per hour depending on certifications.

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

• 3-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial facilities and/or fabrication shops
• Ability to communicate to team members and read schematics
• Follow all OSHA and safety SOP's
• Ability to fabricate, fix, order or diagnose all types of equipment.
• Ability to Rig, Weld, and fix all types of materials.
• Knowledge of 480V 3 phase
• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance
