Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

Two or more years experience in a similar role
Good past tenure
Great attitude and the hospitality gene
Must be able to maintain high food quality and service

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and maintain a great staff
Deliver great food and service to our guests
Control costs through operational excellence
Build sales by focusing on the guest experience
