Job Description

Position Summary:

This is a dynamic sales role requiring a blend of strong sales expertise and in-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems. The focus is on generating business through equipment repairs, upgrades, and large-scale solution selling—primarily within an existing customer base (90%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads and opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and address objections effectively.
• Manage quoting process through to sales closure.
• Survey and assess commercial HVAC systems to identify problems and recommend solutions aligned with company pricing policies.
• Schedule and conduct customer appointments efficiently.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within current accounts.
• Understand client decision-making structures and set timelines for closing deals.
• Use account management strategies to build long-term client relationships.
• Develop asset replacement schedules considering ASHRAE guidelines, service history, energy efficiency, and regulations.
• Deliver ROI-focused conceptual sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication of customer expectations.
• Apply market strategies to identify new opportunities within verticals.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, equipment reps, and suppliers to align on project timelines and costs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in both sales and commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of relevant building codes.
• Proven track record in generating sales revenue.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
