Position: IT Director
Location: Kosciusko County, Indiana (majority on-site in Winona Lake with some flexibility in schedule/occasional remote abilities) Reports To: CFO/COOSalary: $85 - 105k

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals, driving innovative technology solutions.
Build, mentor, and lead a collaborative IT team, fostering professional growth in a Christ-centered environment.
Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, cybersecurity, cloud services, ERP systems, and data reporting tools.
Ensure IT operations adhere to regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and institutional policies.
Oversee the IT department's budget, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting strategic goals.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
10+ years of IT leadership experience, with expertise in managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
Proven ability to foster collaborative teams and mentor IT professionals.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, data reporting, and change management.
