Job Description

Join our team as a Lines of Effort Coordinator to support wildfire disaster recovery in New Mexico. You'll work with 75+ partners across local, state, and national levels to ensure efficient and organized recovery efforts in Chaves, Colfax, Lincoln, Mora, Otero, San Miguel Counties, and Mescalero Apache.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and engage with stakeholders to drive recovery efforts.
• Track progress and action items using strategic delivery software.
• Facilitate productive stakeholder meetings and generate meaningful reports.
• Develop agendas, take notes, and support meeting facilitation.
• Maintain organized tracking systems and follow up on action items.
• Create and manage deliverables like memoranda, slide decks, and reports.
• Analyze data to evaluate recovery operations and identify unmet needs.
• Serve as a liaison between the State, FEMA, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience, including 1 year in a partnerships-focused role.
• Proven organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Proven Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred:

• Degree in planning, public affairs, government, or related field.
• Experience with local governments, state agencies, federal agencies, or non-profits.
