Job Title: Marketing Assistant Direct to Consumer (D2C)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Overview
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing efforts in the air-dried meat snacks category. This position is perfect for someone looking to build their career in marketing, especially in the food or consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities
D2C Support and Execution:
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce, email, and social media platforms.
  • Help maintain and update our online storefronts (e.g., Shipstation, Amazon, etc.).
  • Support the coordination of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
Content and Brand Support:
  • Draft and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and product pages.
  • Support the creation of basic graphics and product visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Customer Engagement:
  • Monitor social media and email channels for customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Assist in managing customer review responses and reporting on common feedback trends.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Help compile marketing reports to share insights with the team.
Cross-functional Support:
  • Coordinate with customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth D2C operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and assist with various marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
  • 02 years of marketing experience
  • Interest in digital marketing, branding, and the food industry.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Basic understanding of SEO and online consumer behavior.
