Generous paid time off that increases with years of service Paid holidays Job Summary: Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology of the Rockies, now part of the AllerVie Health Network, is seeking a Medical Front Desk Representative with a dynamic personality for the medical front office. This includes answering phones, check-in and out as well as financial counseling. We are a great company looking for people who want to be a part of a team long-term. Duties/Responsibilities: Greeting patients Check in - Check out Schedule Appointments Answering incoming phone calls Patient Financial Counseling Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures This position may be required to travel to other clinics for staffing needs Perform other job-related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Microsoft Office proficiency Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED Previous experience in healthcare or medical fields Experience in a medical customer service Microsoft Office proficiency Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times AllerVie Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer providing equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
