JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Focus on maintaining and enhancing Oracle-based utility applications.
• Integrating real-time data into Exelon's systems and making sure billing, metering, and customer support processes run efficiently?
• Implementing custom solutions related to MBM and CC&B for utility operations
• Work with other teams to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance

Must Haves

• 3 -5 years experience working with Oracle based utility applications
• Proficient in CC&B
• someone who understands the entire billing process, not just what it means/does
• Experience with MBM (meter-based billing solutions)
• Oracle database experience working in a Java Development environment
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and data integration tools (ETL)
• Experience with Oracle SQL and SL/SQL for customer service database management
• Experience in the utilities industry is also very important (gas and electric)

Pluses

• Relevant experience in the energy industry
• Meter to cash experience (MTC) is definitely a plus
• Itron is their utilities vendor so any mention of Itron can be a plus
