SUMMARY
Perform functions of department line supervision and direct the daily activities of the line employees to assure timely availability of high-quality products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and train employees to perform different jobs correctly and to build quality product efficiently.
• Keep all required work-related records up to date.
• Maintain a steady workflow.
• Keep respected area in compliance with the general manufacturing procedures.
• Recommend ways to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and organize
• Good people and communication skills
• Assist workers in solving production problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Degree or equivalent (GED)
• 1+ years in a manufacturing setting

INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS

• No performance discipline level of Written Warning or above within last 12 months
• Must be Full-time employee of Argon Medical Devices, Inc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mechanical aptitude skills
• Basic knowledge of windows and internet based programs
• Basic understanding of ISO 13485 procedures
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral, or diagram form.
• Due to the business necessity of communication, safety and production, candidates must be able to speak, read and write English.
