Base pay range $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr Mercor is looking for people with deep knowledge of Political Science. This is for a project with a leading AI research lab. The work will revolve around crafting questions, evaluating model responses, and/or solving problems in your area of expertise. The goal of the project is to improve the model’s capabilities in many domains, including yours! Job requirements A PhD in political science, international relations, or public policy is required. At least 2 years of experience in political analysis, academic research, or policy advising is a plus. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting political systems, evaluating public policy, and analyzing institutional dynamics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to critically assess political arguments and data. Experience in government, think tanks, or international organizations is a plus.
