Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-4pm Flex (35 hrs/week)

Pay: $15.11 - $20.95

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Investigator is responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations into allegations of

abuse, neglect, and exploitation within the organization. This role involves ensuring that all incidents are thoroughly

assessed, documented, and resolved in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Investigator

will also collaborate with relevant departments to promote and implement corrective action plans, ensuring

improvements in practices and preventing future occurrences. Additionally, the Investigator will contribute to training

programs that enhance awareness and compliance across the organization, fostering a culture of safety and ethical

conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and reviewing records to determine the facts.

- Ensure investigations are conducted in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.

- Compile detailed investigation reports, documenting findings, conclusions, and recommended corrective actions.

- Work closely with human resources and other departments to determine the appropriate course of action following an investigation.

- Promote the development and implementation of plans of correction based on investigation findings, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

- Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions, following up to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Provide training to staff on identifying, preventing, and reporting abuse, neglect, and exploitation, as well as understanding their responsibilities in maintaining a safe and ethical environment. - Stay updated on relevant regulations, and best practices related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation prevention. - Participate in audits and reviews to ensure continuous improvement in policies and procedures aimed at protecting vulnerable individuals. - Support the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, highlighting trends, actions taken, and outcomes. - All other duties assigned Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age - High school diploma or GED - Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and other required screenings - Experience with Microsoft software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. - Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instructions - Ability to perform light to moderate lifting when needed - Possession of valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

Work Environment/Conditions:

The Quality Assurance Investigator will work in an office setting with travel as needed. The Quality Assurance

Investigator will work under the supervision of the Quality Director but in collaboration with other members of the

Quality Assurance team and members of leadership within the organization. Employee on occasion may work extended

hours to meet deadlines.
