Responsibilities

•Follow the Commercial Team plan of action
•Commercial real estate leasing and sales
•Database
•Lead generation
•CRM management
•Contracts
•Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
•Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
•Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
•Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
•Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld

Qualifications

•Real Estate license required
•Commission opportunity
•Great communication
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Past sales experience is preferred
•Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
•Familiar with leasing regulations Keller Williams Somerset
