Responsibilities - Assists in the development, inventory, storage, distribution, and destruction of forms as required under set practices of the Records Management Systems.
- Assists with conducting surveys to consider user needs.
- Creates and updates forms by using computer design software.
- Perform digitization of physical records and utilization of proper metadata
- Tracks records, information, and documentation from receipt through its life cycle.
- Categorizes and keeps physical and electronic documents.
- Provide training and guidance on records management policies and practices.
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Qualifications - Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Certified Records Manager or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in records management software and electronic records management systems
- 4-6 years' experience in records management
