Licensed Showing Assistant for a Broker.

The Showing Agent must have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role.

Looking for agents that speak Russian, Spanish, French. English fluency is required. Assisting Broker with showing requests and setting up appointments, follow up on all showing requests. 

$25 per show with a minimum of 5 showings guaranteed, plus the opportunity for a bonus at closing, paid quarterly.

• License a must
• Must have own ACCESS TO the MLS
• Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
• Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
• Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria
• Driving buyer clients to see homes

• IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND ACCESS TO MLS!
• Languages: Russian or Spanish Required
• Independent and self-motivated
• Happy, positive, energetic
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Learning-based and coachable
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
• Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• A large amount of time driving in their car
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
