Pigtails & Crewcuts Ocala is a new rapidly growing children's only salon and we are looking for another talented hair stylist/barber to join our amazing team! $300 sign-on bonus paid out over the first 90 days as you meet your performance goals!

*Applicants must have valid Barber or Cosmetology license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting client needs and preferences.
• Be a positive and supportive team member.
• Come in ready to work with kids in a fun, upbeat environment.
• Perform hair styling and barbering services, ensuring high-quality results.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and overall salon.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling and managing client appointments.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products and upselling services.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive salon environment.
