Now hiring a tasting room assistant and front desk agent for a prestigious distillery, steeped in rich Kentucky bourbon history and tradition! Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to walk/stand for long periods of time. The ideal candidates must be able to work weekends. Must have a friendly and outgoing demeanor and a professional image.

What You Can Expect :

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests upon arrival and processing tickets.

• Handle credit card payments, verify guest identification, and process refunds as needed.

• Communicate tour sizes and demographics to the tasting room and tour guides.

• Book and adjust tour reservations and resolve guest concerns with the help of Tour Captains and the Guest Services Manager.

• Set up and tear down the tasting rooms.

What You Bring to the Table :

• A passion for spirits and exceptional customer service.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

• Flexibility to perform various roles and adapt to different tasks.

• Basic computer skills.
