Client Details Our client is a leading innovator in the renewable energy manufacturing and waste digestion industry. They specialize in developing sustainable solutions that harness clean energy from organic waste materials, with a mission to promote environmental stewardship through cutting-edge technology and efficient resource management. Description Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Market Development: Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for renewable energy and waste digestion solutions. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their sustainability goals. Business Development: Prospect and qualify new leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales. Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to capitalize on market opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions and support customer requirements. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, etc.). Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management in the renewable energy sector. Specific experience within waste management is a huge plus. Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
