Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice involved in providing nursing care. Familiarity with organization and function of departments, policies, procedures and regulations. Orchestrates the care of patients with end stage organ disease. CCTC - Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator required within 2 years of hire as a Transplant Nurse Coordinator. Education Bachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Required) Masters Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program.
