About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for North America Marketing Services to play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, vision, and go-to-market approach for this growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing marketing services revenue and increasing profitability as part of the company's strategic growth priorities. This includes overseeing the development of high-impact, integrated marketing strategies, managing a large P&L, and leading a team to deliver value-added services through client engagements. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling revenue-generating businesses, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build and manage a world-class team. The Vice President will also be tasked with setting pricing and margin targets, identifying and building new capabilities, and partnering with sales executives to sell marketing services to clients. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 12 years' work experience, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a background in global marketing, a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, and experience in client-facing roles. Key qualifications include superior analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a proven track record in client marketing and data-driven strategies.
