About the Role:
Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent and play a key role in supporting essential data enrichment tasks for one of our healthcare clients. You'll be an integral part of ensuring high-quality outcomes, contributing to the overall quality control process while making a positive impact on client satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engage in both voice and non-voice processes, based on business needs.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Verify information provided by third-party entities through the use of online databases to ensure accuracy.
Complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, confirm board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure high-quality execution of tasks in a timely manner, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to new challenges.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working in both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in inbound or outbound calls, inside sales, or call center environments, is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in professional conversations.
Available to work 40 hours per week with immediate availability.
Ability to adapt to process and information changes in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently while also being an active and collaborative team member.
Must have a stable internet connection and be comfortable with working from home.
