If you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles, we want to hear from you. We bring on folks who are proud of the work they do and the products they install, and who are dedicated to working with individual homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when its not!). - Average annual pay of $50,000-$80,000

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

  • Take time to get to know homeowners
  • Explain what will happen throughout the day
  • Practice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers
  • Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
  • Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
  • Exterior/Interior finish work on all products

WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON

  • Window installation and remodel experience
  • A proven track record of superior workmanship
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of construction or carpentry experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Valid Utah State Drivers License
